Staff was quick to service my vehicle and performed all work quickly, but thoroughly. Everyone was customer-focused and no one tried to push me into anything I didn't need. Excellent visit. They even gave me $20 off my oil change. Will absolutely return for more work.

Jackson Auto Worx is fantastic. We were visiting W-S from out of town and our alternator went bad. Steve had us in and out in a single day for a great price. He was very courteous and knowledgable. Plus we got some great diagnostics on the car for upcoming repairs. Would highly recommend this business.

Normally, there's nerves with being a first time customer anywhere- but not here. Ive never felt more like "my car is good in hands" than when I brought it to these guys. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, attentive, etc. There arent enough good thing to say about the staff here and the quality of service that was given to me! Oh and they are more than willing to work with you on pricing and discounts! If you need ANYTHING done to your car, THIS is where you come! Will definitely be back!

This was my first time dealing with Jackson Auto Work. Steven is a great guy. He told me what it would cost up front. He notified me of everything that was needed for my car. I'm so satisfied that there are shops like this. I will bring all of my cars to Jackson Auto Work. Nice clean shop. See you soon for some work on my Durango. Thanks guys. They are a great group of guys.

Had shocks, struts, tires replaced. Check engine light diagnosed and fixed. All went super smooth and my ride feels great. Service was very professional and fast. I appreciate the contact back and forth while my vehicle is being worked on. Second time here for major service and I'll keep coming back!
